Issue
The error message, "The requested output level of [x] dB SPL on the [XXX] transducer exceeds the maximum output level of [y] dB SPL at [z] Hz.", is displayed if there is a problem with the calibration or if the maximum output of the transducer has been exceeded.
Solution
If [y] is a reasonable maximum dB output, you have exceeded the maximum output for your transducer. If [y] is an unreasonable value (such as -INF), there is a problem with the calibration. This most often occurs when values are not set for RCO parameter tags. A value can be assigned to a parameter tag in the stimulus scripts or if the tag is setup as an experimental value. However, if tags are not addressed in the project, then a value must be assigned directly in the Stimulus Generation Configuration Wizard.
Important
The values set for tags in the Stimulus Generation Configuration Wizard are not saved when saving the Design file, so they need to be entered each time.
